Fun Fact Friday!

So, the Good News for the week - besides it being Friday, is that today is also National Pink Flamingo Day! I have always loved pink flamingos. When I worked in Charlotte, one of the groups would raise money by "flocking" people...you could donate $5 and "flock a friend" and when the friend got to their office or cubicle, there would be a dozen plastic garden pink flamingoes. I was flocked more than once...which did not make my boss happy, but I was thrilled...but - now we know, due to my post a couple of week's ago...that I wasn't actually "flocked" - I was "flamboyanced!"

Today's fun fact of the day... There is a technical term for the fear of long words: Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. Which is also the most ironic thing you will possibly read today.
