Welcome to Go Happy Yourself!!  My name is Jamie Lee, and I am thrilled to have you here.  About 10 years ago, inspired by the book "The Happiness Project" I had an idea for this blog.  It has been a passion project ever since.

I felt a deep calling to help people, including myself, uncover the happiness that already resides within them.  It was during this time that I became a Certified Life Coach, as many of my conversations with family and friends revolved around the pursuit of happiness.  I found joy in listening and supporting others, guiding them to find solutions to their challenges.

While I could have easily charged for my coaching services, my true passion lies in making happiness accessible to everyone.  That's where my book, Go Happy Yourself!! comes in.  By putting it all in a book, I offered a resource that people could purchase and engage with at their own pace  No need to buy the book - we'll do it all here for free!

My passion for helping others find happiness runs deep.  I've witnessed countless individuals searching for fulfillment in external factors such as new jobs, financial success, relationships or physical transformation.  But I believe that true happiness is an inside job. It comes from within, and my mission is to guide people on that transformative journey.
